What is eduroam and how do I connect?
Eduroam (Education Roaming) is a European-wide initiative to facilitate the mobility of European researchers and students, providing them Wi-Fi access at all the institutions participating in this project. Esade community members can thus enjoy internet access at all member institutions. Find out more about eduroam.

How do I connect to eduroam using Windows devices?

1. Click on the Wi-fi icon in the taskbar to see the available connections.

2. Click on eduroam and then on Connect.

3. Introduce your ESADE username (name.surname@esade.edu) and password or those you use for other participating eduroam organisations. Click on Ok.

4. Click on Connect to accept the warning message.

How do I connect to eduroam using MAC devices?

To ensure Eduroam works correctly, be sure to have the High Sierra (10.13) operating system or higher installed in your Mac. For security reasons, operating systems prior to High Sierra (10.13) are not compatible with TLS 1.2 (secure authentication) encryption technology. We recommend using the configuration wizard to ensure a stable and more secure connection.

How do I connect to eduroam using iOS devices?

1. Go to Settings and the Wi-Fi. Click on eduroam to open the user ID box.

2. Introduce your ESADE username (name.surname@esade.edu) and password or those you use for other participating eduroam organisations. Click on Join.

3. Click on Trust to accept the security certificate.

How do I connect to eduroam as a guest?

1. Connect to the Wi-Fi esadeguest network and then open your browser. Wait for the homepage to load.

Access via social media accounts:

If you still haven’t registered:

3. Introduce an Email to receive User ID and password. The access must be validated from the link or username and password received on the e-mail. We will only have 10 minutes of access until validation.

If you already have an ID and password:

4. Introduce your User ID and password. Click on the lock. Your access will be valid for that day.
